Chairman and Non-Executive Director
Terje is a senior industry expert at WestPark. Prior to joining West Park, Terje spent five years at Eitzen Chemical ASA as President and CEO. At Eitzen, he was responsible for the world's third largest chemical tanker fleet, integrating five acquired companies and building the company's operational platform. Before that he was Executive Vice President with Fred. Olsen & Co. for seven years. He initiated and led the restructuring of the group's renewables business into Fred. Olsen Renewables AS, where he was the CEO. Terje has also been President and CEO of BT Shipping Ltd, a NASDAQ-listed oil tanker company and worked as Managing Director at Pausco AS. He has a B.A in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco. Terje is the Chairman of the Board of Nordic Tankers AS and Herning Shipping AS.
Bart H. Heijermans
CEO and Executive Director
Bart Heijermans is the Chief Executive Officer of DeepOcean Group Holding B.V. and has served in that position since February 2012. He is an accomplished and versatile global energy executive with more than 25 years of experience in the development, execution and operations of offshore oil & gas projects and with DeepOcean has been involved in a several offshore renewables projects. Prior to joining DeepOcean as a member of the board in July of 2011, Bart was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Helix Energy Solutions Group Inc. (NYSE: HLX). He has held several senior positions with recognized energy companies such as Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (NYSE: EPD), El Paso Corporation and Royal Dutch Shell. He holds a Masters degree of Civil Engineering from the University of Delft in the Netherlands and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program. Bart is a non-executive director of Roll Holding B.V.
Gustaf Backemar is an Investment Advisory Professional at Triton. Previously, Gustaf worked in in the Private Equity Real Estate division at The Blackstone Group in London and was part of the investment team at the fund manager East Capital in Stockholm. He has a degree in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania as well as a degree in Russian from Stockholm University. Gustaf is a member of the Board of Logstor AS
Fredrik is an Investment Advisory Professional at Triton. He is the co-head of the Energy, Resources and Chemicals sector, and responsible for coordinating Triton’s investment advisory activities in Norway. Prior to joining Triton, Fredrik worked in investment banking at the Global Communications group at Citigroup in New York. Before that, he was in Citigroup's Equity Capital Markets group. He has a degree in Economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania Fredrik is member of the Board of Cubility AS, Nordic Tankers AS and Herning Shipping AS
Björn is an investment advisory professional and a member of the Investment Advisory Committee at Triton. He also coordinates the debt activities at Triton. Prior to joining at inception, Björn was with Chase Manhattan Bank. He has a degree in Economics from Columbia University. Bjørn is a member of the Boards of Nordic Tankers and Rederi AB Gotland
Jack joined York Capital Management in September 2014 and is a Director of European Credit based in London. From 2009 to 2014, Jack worked at Mount Kellett Capital Management as Director, European Investments in London, where he focused on special situations and distressed investing in Europe. Previously, Jack worked on the investment teams at Goldentree Asset management in London and Oak Hill Advisors in London and New York. He began his career at Lehman Brothers in the Mergers and Acquisitions investment banking group in New York. Jack holds an A.B. in Economics from Princeton University.
Philippe has more than 25 years of experience in the Oil and Gas contracting and service sectors. He started his career at Bouygues Offshore, worked there for 12 years as an engineer, project management, and regional business unit manager. From 2002 till 2005, he served at Technip as CEO Africa and Mediterranean. Mr. Barril was appointed Managing Director of Entrepose Contracting (SBF 120) from 2007 to 2009. In 2009, he moved to Technip (CAC 40) working in a number of senior executive positions and served as President and Chief Operating Officer from 2014 to March 2015. Philippe is currently employed at SBM Offshore (AEX), he serves since March 2015 on the Management Board and as Chief Operating Officer
